These updates allow me to continue offering convenient mobile appointments while accounting for travel, time, and the personalized care that goes into each session. To ensure all clients have access to available appointment times, please note my cancellation policy: • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment start time will incur a fee of 25% of your booked session price. • This fee helps cover the time reserved for your session. • I appreciate your understanding, as it allows me to continue providing quality in-home massage services to all clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible via message or phone.
